"This is a contemplation of anime and game characters acting as pirates. This was inspired by the song "Shiver My Timbers" from Muppet Treasure Island. You might say that this is a tribute to both the anime fans who longed to see some of their favorite characters as pirates, as well as a tribute to the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean movie "At Worlds End."
